One has got to feel at least a little bad for Kishimoto that he tried to make something that Wasn't Naruto, it sucked and instantly got memory-holed, then he just had to go back to writing More Naruto but with stuff another guy made canon while let to run loose with the IP like a wild hog. He's not even trying to get away from it now. Definitive one trick pony. Somebody let him do a 20 volume run of that baseball oneshot he did in like 2010. We cannot let bro be sat up in the nursing home 80 years old still drawing Naruto.

I guess the fight between Sasuke and Naruto maybe it was a friendly fight or maybe Sasuke was doubting himself that he was going to be a father, so he might leave the village again, but Naruto stopped him 🙂 i'm just assuming.

Well, I am hyped for this. Kishimoto himself working on a new Naruto manga (as well as also doing the story of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga at the same time). I do hope he is doing the illustrations for Naruto: Shadow Rising as well instead of just the story. Also hoping it's something that's long. But yeah, it's great that the Naruto manga is getting a direct sequel where Naruto is the main character again, and it involves the original author himself. Just when I thought that Naruto was over and it's all about Boruto now, Naruto is now coming back and I can't wait! Though at the same time, it's a shame that Kishimoto didn't try to make another manga (preferably a battle shounen) that ended up being successful. Samurai 8 flopped, and instead of attempting to make another manga after Samurai 8, he returns to Naruto. Maybe that's for the best.

I don't get those criteria of newsmaking on MAL anymore when it comes to manga, lol. So certain popular authors can get news about their main series' sequel announced, while other popular authors cannot, apparently. 🤣 Maybe the key is a video trailer, dunno.
