The story was immaculate. The character building was fantastic and the chemistry of the main cast was hilarious. To not classify The Greatest Estate Devloper as first and foremost a Comedy would be a tragedy. Multiple, Multiple times I was laughing out loud at the ridiculous shit Javier and Lloyd do together. The world building is decent for the number of chapters the story had and the story telling coming full circle was a beautiful send off. Every plot thread tied into a beautiful knot, every question answered, and every ship has sailed at the end of an era. Lloyd is ... Water.

This really was a fantastic read. This IS a rollercoaster of both, Good and Bad. First, I'll get the good news. Not calling this a comedy is a CRIME. Laughed at the most of the goofy things this one threw at me. Absolutely great comedy. Now, onto the bad news. This one took itself too seriously

Art - 10/10 The faces of Lloyd are soooooooo goofy and well drawn to the point that this manhwa would be lacking much without it. Damn my stomach died laughing at those horrid faces he makes, it's a masterpiece. And the MEMES! WHOA! THEY ARE GLORIUS!! feed me MORE!!!!! Javier ... is a work of art as well, really screams the main protagonist vibe

Characters - 8/10 The main cast was flushed out pretty nicely even though some were forgotten in the story progression, the main ones being Julian and Scheherazade, Solitas (ya'know, the *ahem* decimator dragon). They never got a closure to their stories. Kind of hurt by that. And saying more will just be nitpicking at this point since they really did get an end to their stories. The only thing is that I didn't get attached to any characters...... that's kind of weird. Which is true, you can't really get attached to any of the characters

Story - 6/10 The Weakest part of this one. Went from a real estate development as the title suggests to mythical fantasy to now, power fantasy................ dude, PICK A DAMN GENRE! It was amazing for 2 seasons, the third one was good, the final one meanwhile, SUCKED! (***Minor spoiler by the way) The enforced fate phenomenon storyline really fell apart! I hated it, I hated reading those 180 to 210-ish chapters. I seriously think that this one truly ruined the experience. Felt like they were just reusing plot points. WHY?? are they just soooo creatively deprived???? oh well, anyway, The final few chapters are fine I guess

Overall - 8/10 Still, with all things considered, I will still recommend this to someone who's new to the anime and manga, and they will love this one since they probably only watched or read the mainstream ones like Solo Leveling, One Piece, Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisen (no offence, they ARE good) but for more experienced ones, You'll enjoy the 1st and 2nd Season. I honestly think this is overrated as this one currently has a 9.09 on MAL. The fact that Kaguya-sama: Love is war (manga) has an 8.8 and this one out ranks it is uh...... proves my point. Oh well, Still a great one, can't really say much about it

This is a very amateurly written manhwa, the worldbuilding is very uninspired, the background characters are as bland as can be, and the humor just does not land.

I'm not sure how this rated as highly as other works such as "The Horizon." Isekai is a concept that has been done many times, and this does nothing to break the mold. The main character is extremely self-insert, and has absurd amounts of plot armor. He just happens to get the exact gacha roll from the system whenever he needs it. It's possible that these flaws could improve later on in the story but very unlikely.

If ... you are looking for a turn-your-brain off light read without expecting much you may enjoy this, but for anything else I'd recommend other titles.
